Lenny Mingus | Owner


 As a small business owner in the Lansing area for over 30 years, Len has extensive knowledge and experience in the cleaning & restoration industry.  He has received over 18 IICRC certifications including Senior Carpet Inspector and Master Water Restorer.  

Dena Mingus | Co-Owner


 Wife and co-owner with Len, Dena has years of cleaning and management experience with the family business.  She strives to serve our clients by creating relationships and ensuring satisfaction on all levels of service.  

Candy Schultz | Operations Secretary


Candy is the the heart of our office, and manages the flow from clients, to technicians, to job completion.  She has years of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry, and enjoys rolling up her sleeves in the field when duty calls!

Jill Johnson | Bookkeeper & Accounting


Jill has been an amazing addition to our team by strengthening our accounting department with her finance and bookkeeping skills. She has 3 beautiful kids and loves having a career that gives her the freedom to spend time with her family.

Alexandria Crippen | Marketing & Production Assistant


 Alex assists within the office as well as managing our marketing and customer relations platforms. As 3rd generation to the family business, she continues striving to make improvements within the company that not only benefit our clients, but our team as well! 

Lindsey Mingus | Customer Service


Lindsey assists with customer service within the office, as well as meeting with our commercial clients.  She married into the family business and enjoys ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service!

Dee Hafner | Customer Service & Sales


Dee has many years of business experience, from owning her own business to managing her present realty career.  She assists us in cultivating relationships with our clients and creating new ones by ensuring that they are satisfied with their service!

Amber Glomb | Office Assistant


Amber helps us with everything from phones to filing, and anything else that we need!  She has been with us for several years and adds a level of enthusiasm to our office that we definitely appreciate!

Our Technical Team

Frank Hidalgo | Production Supervisor


Frank has been with Len's for over 15 years!  He  started out as a support technician, and has since earned 7 IICRC certifications.  He is now our Production Supervisor, overseeing our rug cleaning division and water restoration division!  He enjoys serving our clients with integrity and excellence, and getting the job done right.

Saul Solorzano | Commercial Supervisor


Saul has over 10 years of experience in the Hard Floor Cleaning industry, and leads our commercial night crews.  He is IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration and Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Cleaning.  Saul works hard to make sure our clients receive high-quality service, every time. 

Marc Hemingway | Residential Supervisor


Marc has been with us for almost 8 years and continues to impress our clients with his knowledge and ability to provide exceptional service.  He is IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.  Marc is one of our on-call technicians, ready to assist clients in an emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mark Bensink | Maintenance Assistant & Lead Technician


Mark hits his 10-year anniversary with us this year!  He has lead crews over the years as a technician with several IICRC certifications, and now assists in the office with our maintenance accounts and internal production, using his on-the-job experience to better serve our clients. 

Sage Mingus | Lead Technician & Fleet Mechanic


Sage belongs to the 3rd generation of the family business, and has worked alongside our team for almost 10 years.  He has extensive knowledge in the field from cleaning to water restoration, and as the mechanic for all of our commercial vehicles.  He has a passion for people and a keen eye for detail that encourages a high level of service excellence.

Shane Stiffler | Commercial Foreman


 Shane is our "night owl", working full-time on our commercial night crew.  He is IICRC certified for Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration.  Shane is very thorough and committed to achieving a high level of service for our clients, while encouraging efficiency and accountability within our team. 

Cody Judge | Certified Lead Technician



Cody is IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and Water Damage Restoration. His previous cleaning experience combined with his desire for growth and success make him a great addition to our team!

Eli Cain | Certified Lead Technician

Eli is IICRC certified in Carpet and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.

Eli is IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.  He contributes to many aspects of the company and has a desire to increase his experience with Floor Installation!

Nathaniel Rypma | Certified Lead Technician


Nathaniel is IICRC certified in Odor Control and Water Restoration.  He assists with many of our water restoration jobs and would like to increase his knowledge in this field.  Nathaniel adds a level of  professionalism to our team 

Cody Crippen | Restoration Assistant


Cody has several years of experience in the home remodeling field, and an education in Business Management.  He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and is pursing his Builder's License to better assist with our water restoration division. 

Ben VonIlten | Certified Lead Technician


Ben has been with us for several years and contributes not only in the cleaning field, but assists with vehicle maintenance as well.  He is very skilled with computer technology and is a great asset to our team!
