  • How long before the carpet is dry?

    Carpets usually take up to 10 hours to dry. You can speed up the process by using fans.

  • Do I need to vacuum?

    No, you do not need to vacuum before our cleaning service, but you can if you'd like.

  • Do I need to move furniture?

    Move any small furniture or breakable items. Let Len's Cleaning & Restoration know if you'd like us to clean under any large furniture, and we will move it for you.

  • Do I need to store fragile Items?

    Yes, this helps to avoid any damage to your breakable items.

  • Should I check for loose debris before Len's Cleaning & Restoration comes for my service?

    Check for items on your floors that you would want to keep and make sure they are picked up so they don't get stuck in our vacuum.

  • Should I clean before my carpet cleaning?

    Len's Cleaning & Restoration asks you to remove any dust or cobwebs from the ceilings, walls, lighting, and ceiling fans.

  • Do I need to secure my drapes, bed skirts, and tablecloths around my carpet?

    Len's Cleaning & Restoration recommends tying or tucking long drapes up so they do not hang on the floors. We also recommend dusting or running them through the wash in order to keep the floors cleaned after our services.

  • How should I prepare my pets for my carpet cleaning?

    It's best to move your pets to a different room to allow Len's Cleaning & Restoration to clean the carpets and floors.

  • What happens after my carpet cleaning?

    After your carpet cleaning, Len's Cleaning & Restoration recommends keeping family and pets off the clean carpets for a day after cleaning.
